The grassed area also has a large covering of trees which may help to give your vehicle some shade\u00a0during the warmer summer days. We do request that if using the coffee shop, you use the outdoor seating area with your dog as they are not allowed inside the coffee shop due to hygiene regulations. The brainchild of Adrian Moerman, the garden centre was built on land at the front of his pot plant nursery in Pinchbeck.<\/p>\n The original site (around 6 acres) consisted of a garden shop, outdoor plant area and portacabin selling pigeon corn.<\/p>\n In 1990 the Slinger family took over the business and Birchgrove has remained with them to this day. Over the years many alterations and improvements have been made including the addition of 2 steel clad buildings, one of which now houses the garden shop, the pet centre Megapets and equestrian store Bettertack.
