If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us by telephone on\u00a0 01775 680490 or by email shop@birchgrovegc.co.uk<\/a>\u00a0 within 7 days of receipt of your goods and we will discuss the return of the item.<\/p>\n Your goods must be returned to us within 14 days of receipt. Failure to contact us within 7 days of receipt of your goods before returning your items could result in no refund being issued.<\/p>\n Returned items should be unused and must be returned in the original packaging with any enclosed documentation. We will then issue a full refund on receipt. Alternatively, if preferred, we will exchange the item.<\/p>\n Goods will only be accepted for return if they are despatched within 14 days of delivery, unless we have notified you otherwise.<\/p>\n The item is your responsibility until it reaches us.
