{"id":368,"date":"2022-07-22T10:33:51","date_gmt":"2022-07-22T10:33:51","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.traceysweetland.co.uk\/birchgrove\/?p=368"},"modified":"2022-07-22T10:40:45","modified_gmt":"2022-07-22T10:40:45","slug":"something-special-comes-to-birchgrove","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.traceysweetland.co.uk\/birchgrove\/something-special-comes-to-birchgrove\/","title":{"rendered":"Something Special comes to Birchgrove"},"content":{"rendered":"\n\n[et_pb_section fb_built=&#8221;1&#8243; theme_builder_area=&#8221;post_content&#8221; _builder_version=&#8221;4.17.6&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221;][et_pb_row _builder_version=&#8221;4.17.6&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; theme_builder_area=&#8221;post_content&#8221;][et_pb_column _builder_version=&#8221;4.17.6&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; type=&#8221;4_4&#8243; theme_builder_area=&#8221;post_content&#8221;][et_pb_text _builder_version=&#8221;4.17.6&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; theme_builder_area=&#8221;post_content&#8221; hover_enabled=&#8221;0&#8243; sticky_enabled=&#8221;0&#8243;]<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Excitement is brewing as Birchgrove Garden Centre prepares to reopen its coffee shop thanks to the team behind a hugely-popular village cafe.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Shoppers at Birchgrove have had to go hungry and thirsty since B\u2019s Cafe closed down during the Covid pandemic.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">But from Wednesday, July 13, the coffee shop area will once again be fragrant with the smells of coffee and cake as husband and wife Carl and Sally Woods and their daughter Beth bring Something Special to the site.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Something Special coffee shop has become hugely popular since opening in Pinchbeck\u2019s Knight Street in 2018 &#8211; so much so that at busy times customers have had to be turned away due to lack of space.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">So the team jumped at the chance to be able to cater to even more customers in the larger coffee shop area, including outdoor patio, at Birchgrove.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">They will be open from 9.30am to 4pm Monday to Saturday, except Tuesdays (closed), and 10am to 3.30pm on Sunday. They will continue to offer delicious drinks, homemade cakes and \u00a0 snacks and light lunches. Afternoon teas are also available but need to be pre-booked by calling 01775 527890.
