She believed she could, so she did …

My name is Tracey Sweetland and I am a professional writer, designer and business owner.

After a 20+-year career as a journalist and sub-editor, in 2014, I found myself facing redundancy.

Instead of focusing on the negatives, I saw this as an opportunity to unleash my creativity and, alongside three colleagues, decided to set up my own local newspaper and later my own marketing and design agency.

I now combine my interests to write about starting and marketing a business, productivity, mindset, self improvement, and coaching, as well as my interests in bullet journaling, antique and vintage jewellery and reading.
